Instructions on how to request the deletion of your personal data.
In accordance with Meta Platform requirements, we provide a way for you to request deletion of all data associated with your Brand Update account.
When you request data deletion, we remove the following from our servers:
This does not affect posts already published on Instagram. To remove published posts, use the Instagram app directly.
DELETE.Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number.
You can also remove Brand Update's access directly from your Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites. This immediately revokes our ability to post on your behalf. To also delete your data from our servers, please use Option 1 or 2.
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once the deletion is complete.
